1. Create an audio track and name it 'Route project audio here'
2. File browser, plugin button, VST3, Fx, drag VidDancer to the new track
3. In the Insert Rack choose Show Plugin
4. VidDancer 'Load' a video
5. VidDancer set 'MIDI Mode: Free Note Input'
6. Create a MIDI track and name it 'MIDI In to VidDancer'
7. In the Mixer under MIDI Out select Internal, Route project audio here, VidDancer
8. Test notes from your keyboard; VidDancer LEDs should light green; Video playback should respond to notes
9. VidDancer set 'MIDI Mode: Host Sequence'
10. Create a MIDI note sequence in MIDI In
11. Start the host transport; VidDancer LEDs should light green; Video playback should respond to the MIDI sequence
